Plant Available Silica
Silica, in particular plant available silica is proven to provide excellent agronomic responses in a variety of crops. Positive responses in crop yield tend to be direct in Silicon Accumulators such as Rice, Sugarcane and Bananas where there is a direct correlation between plant available silica and crop yield. In other crops, yield increases tend to be via improving of disease resistance, reduction of water stress and improving plant health. Plant available silica is responsible for increased uptake of nitrogen, potassium and trace elements.
Plant Available Calcium
Like Silica, Calcium is no good to anyone or anything if it is not available to the plant. Mineral Mulch has plenty of Calcium and in a range of particle sizes. Size does matter, a lot, at least where plant availability and solubility is concerned. 
Sustainable
Mineral Mulch is sourced as a by-product form an industrial process. The by-product is chemically consistent and absolutely free of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Semivolatile Organic Compounds (SVOCs), Herbicides and Asbestos. Being a sustainably sourced raw product, there are numerous benefits to the environment and community at a large including the reduction of waste to landfill and reduction in carbon emissions associated with extraction of raw materials and the associated freight, just to name a few.
Trace Elements
Along with Silicon and Calcium, Mineral Mulch has a host of usable trace elements including Copper, Zinc, Boron and a dash of organic Carbon as well.
